ePlus Launches Secure GenAI Accelerator to Drive AI Adoption

By Stefania Viscusi

ePlus Inc., a provider of transformative technology solutions, introduced its Secure GenAI Accelerator, a hosted proof-of-concept (POC) initiative to help organizations securely and efficiently explore the potential of Generative AI (GenAI).

As part of the ePlus AI Ignite portfolio, this latest offering enables businesses to test a private GenAI chatbot tailored to their needs, so they can refine ideas, uncover insights, make data-driven decisions, and expedite their GenAI adoption.

The Secure GenAI Accelerator leverages technology from NVIDIA AI Enterprise and AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure robust performance, compliance, and data security.

Key features of the offering include:

  • Private GenAI Chatbot: A customized chatbot powered by NVIDIA, allowing businesses to experiment with AI in a controlled, secure environment.
  • AWS-Hosted Environment: Enterprise-level security and compliance ensure that all conversational data stays within the customer’s controlled environment.
  • Guided Engagement: ePlus provides personalized guidance throughout the POC, including cost-benefit analyses, use-case development, and metrics to evaluate the solution’s value.

The accelerator enables faster time-to-value for GenAI, driving innovation and strategic growth while enhancing team capabilities with expanded skillsets in advanced AI technologies. Businesses can also improve customer experiences through more effective support operations and identify new opportunities to unlock value using advanced data science and analytics.

"GenAI has enormous potential to speed innovation and growth as well as boost efficiency and productivity, making it top of mind for nearly every organization. The ePlus Secure GenAI Accelerator provides the keys for our customers to securely test drive GenAI and gather intelligence to take the next step in their AI journey by allowing them hands-on experience to further understand AI," said Ken Farber, president of ePlus Software, leading partnerships, marketing, and strategy at ePlus.
