It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's SuperOps: AI-Powered Platform for Business Optimization Successfully Raises $25M in Series C Funding

By Alex Passett

TGIF, readers. (Especially after what feels like the longest-ever January, to boot.) I hope everyone is safe, warm and well as we head into February.

Speaking of, our upcoming Generative AI Expo 2025 is right around the corner! Part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW experience that’ll be happening from February 11-13 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Generative AI Expo will cover the evolution of generative artificial intelligence and is set to feature expert-led panel sessions about how the technology is already being used to create new business opportunities across a whole cornucopia of industries. Learn more here, and consider registering here.

In the meantime, let’s talk about another AI-related topic — namely, SuperOps and its all-in-one, AI-powered platform.

Trusted by tech leaders from Webroot, Bitdefender, Guardz, QuickBooks, Splashtop and SentinelOne, the SuperOps team designs what it calls “your ultimate toolkit” that optimizes workflows, boosts productivity, and streamlines daily operations for MSPs and IT teams.

“Every hero needs the right gear,” as one SuperOps team member described. “We help MSP and IT heroes ditch outdated tech and upgrade to smart, AI-powered tools that make work easier and successes more impactful.” With its ecosystem of ready-to-use integrations, SuperOps protects user data, keeps endpoints secure, helps uphold compliance standards and supports how businesses stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge AI and cloud technology.

And just yesterday, the company officially announced the following:

SuperOps raised $25 million in Series C funding. This round was led by March Capital and featured participation from existing investors, including Addition and Z47.

Here’s a great excerpt from the announcement:

The foundation of SuperOps’ success lies in its relentless focus on AI innovation. In 2024, the company unveiled Monica, a hyper-contextual AI guide that analyzes MSPs’ datasets to deliver personalized insights, automate routine workflows, and accelerate decision-making capabilities. With Monica, MSPs and IT teams have seen up to a 30% improvement in operational efficiency.

And so, with this funding SuperOps plans to build further on its AI innovation roadmap; the company will reportedly scale its offerings for additional mid-market and enterprise MSPs, and further extend its global reach. After all (per sources like Gartner), with IT spending projected to hit $5.74 trillion in 2025, the stakes have never been higher.

“IT teams worldwide are navigating complex challenges, including remote work and rising cybersecurity threats,” explained Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps (i.e. featured in this article’s image above). “At SuperOps, we are empowering these heroes with tools that transform their operations, reduce costs, and fuel growth. As we continue revolutionizing the MSP space, we are thrilled to bring our AI expertise to internal IT teams with the launch of our Endpoint Management tool. The high demand and early successes validate that this is the future of IT operations.”

Conveniently, these are all part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW experience that will be taking place very soon. From February 11-13 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, expo attendees will be met with educational conference programming, a robust (and newly expanded) exhibit hall, networking events and other activities that bring together buyers and providers of technology products and services that truly drive successful businesses forward.
