Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced it expanded its AIOps network management capabilities with the integration of multiple generative AI (GenAI) large language models (LLMs) within HPE Aruba Networking Central.
The cloud-native network management solution, hosted on the HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform, now offers enhanced AI-driven functionalities aimed at optimizing user experience and operational efficiency. Verizon Business is also expanding its managed services portfolio to include HPE Aruba Networking Central.
Unlike conventional GenAI networking, which relies on external LLMs via API calls, HPE Aruba Networking Central features a self-contained set of LLM models with innovative pre-processing and guardrails. These enhancements prioritize search response times, accuracy, and data privacy.

HPE Aruba Networking Central harnesses telemetry data from millions of network-managed devices and customer endpoints to power its machine learning (ML) models for predictive analytics and recommendations.
The LLMs are securely "sandboxed" within HPE Aruba Networking Central, hosted on the HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform, ensuring customer data security while delivering sub-second response times to network operations queries.
