Wipro, HPE Team Up: New GenAI Solution Aims to Slash Resolution Times

Now, in a move to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency, Wipro entered a partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and unveiled a collaborative GenAI solution.

The solution, housed within Wipro's new Customer Experience Center at their Kodathi Cloud Studio, uses Wipro's Smart Operations platform alongside HPE's Machine Learning Development Environment.

Field tests indicate the solution can potentially halve MTTR for GenAI applications, reduce incident volume by 30% and boost overall equipment effectiveness. This translates to faster problem-solving, fewer disruptions and improved operational excellence.

“The co-creation of this GenAI platform is a testament to our longstanding strategic partnership with HPE and to our unwavering commitment to delivering advanced AI solutions within our new Customer Experience Center,” said Jo Debecker, managing partner and global head, Wipro FullStride Cloud. “This practice-specific center will showcase the potential of HPE Machine Learning Development Environment along with Wipro’s cutting-edge solutions."

The solution caters to industries like finance, healthcare and manufacturing, which rely heavily on customer service, IT support and efficient operations. Notably, it offers clients flexibility by allowing them to choose from various LLMs based on their specific business needs.
