CallMiner's New AI Tools Deliver Real-Time Customer Intelligence

CallMiner also introduced real-time AI summarization to provide instant insights into customer conversations as they happen. Agents can access concise summaries within the CallMiner RealTime Agent Assistant. The platform also allows organizations to control editing permissions for these summaries.
