Conversica's Latest Platform Upgrade Offers Flexible AI-Driven Messaging

By Greg Tavarez

Companies are growing increasingly wary of developing their own AI models or relying on pre-built, generic solutions.

Why? Well, due to the potential risks involved.

While using established platforms like OpenAI's ChatGPT or Google's Gemini might appear convenient, it's essential to recognize that even these sophisticated models can produce inaccurate or harmful outputs. A single instance of this can irreparably damage a brand's credibility and lead to measurable lossese in customer trust.

The high stakes associated with AI implementation demand a cautious and deliberate approach, prioritizing safety, accuracy and alignment with brand values over speed and cost-efficiency.

“Adaptability with precision controls is needed to create authentic, impactful customer interactions,” said Jim Kaskade, CEO of Conversica.

Conversica's platform uses advanced AI models trained on massive amounts of human data to engage potential and existing customers through personalized conversations. By identifying and addressing customer needs at each stage of the sales funnel, Conversica helps businesses increase conversions and revenue.

Building on that, Conversica announced upgrades to its Conversational AI platform.

Conversica's new features offer a blend of human control and AI power for personalized messaging. The platform provides tools for marketers to create and refine AI-driven email and SMS conversations while maintaining brand consistency and security. Users use pre-built AI models, make manual adjustments or use generative AI to quickly adapt messages. This flexibility allows for customized interactions that resonate with individual recipients while aligning with overall brand goals.

The updated interface simplifies the process of creating and managing AI conversations. Marketers will easily start with Conversica's proven templates and then tailor them to their specific needs.

“These changes to our conversation-building capabilities make Conversica’s solution the most flexible Conversational AI product available for revenue teams, enabling users to use GenAI but with the ability to build tailored, brand-specific conversations in the manner best suited to their unique needs,” Kaskade added. “Instead of the ‘black box’ of GenAI solutions today, Conversica puts ultimate control into the hands of the Marketer. This is the only brand-safe solution incorporating the most advanced GenAI capabilities on the market."

Whether it's fine-tuning message content, adjusting conversation flow, or using AI to generate new text, the platform offers a streamlined experience. This combination of pre-built intelligence and customization options empowers marketers to create effective and engaging conversations.
