From Goals to Success: Building a GenAI Strategy at Generative AI Expo 2025

By Greg Tavarez

Let’s face it, readers. When it comes to AI, we have moved beyond the era of automation and prediction into a phase teeming with creativity, adaptability and untapped potential. Generative AI, as an example, has blurred the lines between human ingenuity and technological innovation. Every enterprise today stands on the precipice of something transformative, with a choice: lean in and lead or stay back and follow.

But here's the thing about innovation...

It’s not a plug-and-play solution. You can’t sprinkle some AI dust on your business and expect miracles. It requires intention, vision and strategy.

GenAI might have captured our imagination with its ability to write poetry, design products or even craft entire marketing campaigns, but its real power lies in how we tailor it to our unique challenges and aspirations.

Therefore, the question isn’t whether AI will reshape your enterprise; the question is how you’ll shape your AI journey.

This is where Generative AI Expo 2025 comes in, a gathering of some of the boldest thinkers, builders and dreamers in the AI space. From February 11-13, the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale becomes the epicenter of this conversation, bringing together leaders who are not just talking about the future but actively designing it.

Amidst the buzz, one panel session stands out as a must-attend for enterprises navigating the GenAI frontier: "Creating a GenAI Roadmap for Your Enterprise," taking place from 3:00-3:45 PM on Tuesday, February 11.

The panel will be led by Kumaran Ponnambalam, principal engineer of AI at Outshift by Cisco, and Sharon Rogers, CRO at AIQ. The panel session will help organizations define their AI goals and chart a path to success.

Attendees will explore practical strategies for identifying key use cases, prioritizing initiatives and overcoming the inevitable hurdles of implementation. Whether you’re at the starting line or fine-tuning your approach, this roadmap-building session promises to leave attendees with actionable insights and a clear vision for the road ahead.
